Se especula que Batista y WWE han llegado a un acuerdo en el cual Batista seguiría en WWE hasta Over the limit, esto es por que el feudo entre Batista y John Cena esta dando mucho "show" a Raw y quieren hacer llegar a su fin el feudo en Over the limit.
Lo que significa que Batista se queda en WWE aunque por un tiempo muy escaso.
